  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Please note that purchases of Gift Cards do not contribute to meeting the requirements for free shipping.
  • In the unlikely event your order doesn't arrive within the specified delivery timeframe or arrives in a damaged condition, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us promptly. How do I track my order?

HOW DO I TRACK MY BELONG ORDER?

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking link. Alternatively, you can log into your My Belong account and track your order.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED?

No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support Team who will be able to assist you.

My order is wrong

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT IT'S WRONG/DAMAGED

In the unlikely event you're missing an item, your order is damaged, or you've received a wrong item/order, please Contact Us with the following information and our Customer Support Team will get it sorted;

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

FYI; All claims for orders arriving with missing/wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

I want to change my order

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding/removing items to your order
  • Shipping method

I THINK MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER?

Input the incorrect address at checkout... Sadly, we can't change an address with the courier once the order is placed, however it may be possible to update your delivery preferences with the courier by contacting them directly.

If for any reason your order can't be delivered, the courier will return it to us and you’ll receive an automatic refund once the parcel has reached our warehouse. You can keep an eye on your tracking information for any updates.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please wait until you receive your tracking email so you can provide the courier with the tracking number and they may be able to amend this for you.

If your order has shipped, please contact the courier directly ASAP as they may be able to help.

Important to know... If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing, meaning we're not liable to refund/replace this order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return my items?

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

We offer free returns to the following countries;

Australia.

*Please note that we do not currently process returns for items shipped outside of Australia.


  • To make a return, email us at support@belongactivewear.com
  • You'll need your ORDER NUMBER, e.g #1234BELONG
  • It can take UP TO 12 DAYS FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS to be returned back to our warehouse.
  • It can then take up to a further 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse, for your order to be refunded.
  • Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.

Received a faulty item?

FAULTY ITEM?

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, there is no need to return it to us.

If you've purchased your item from our official web store belongactivewear.com, send us a message and we'll look into this for you.

Please send our Customer Support Team:

  • Your name and email address
  • Order number
  • Item name/description (if known)
  • Photos that show:

1. The fault as clearly as possible

2. Full-length photo of the item

3. The BELONG logo and label

Returns Policy

HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?

Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your BELONG order is delivered.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule: 

  • If an item is marked as 'On Sale', this item is non-returnable.
  • If an item is shipped outside of Australia, this item is non-returnable.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

What is Afterpay?

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Place an order with BELONG using Afterpay as your payment method. You'll then be required to pay for the order in four installments, due every two weeks. Even better, it's completely interest-free when you pay on time!

WHO CAN USE AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is available on the following BELONG web stores:

  • United Kingdom (Clearpay)
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Canada

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

  • You must be 18 or over, have a bank account and a North American, British, Australian or New Zealand residential address (unfortunately Afterpay won't work for those living in South America).
  • Orders must be below $1000.
  • Afterpay is not available for use when purchasing gift cards.

How do I create a My Belong account?

WHY SHOULD I GET A BELONG ACCOUNT?

Creating an account is easy and grants you access to your account details and order history. You can also initiate returns and conveniently edit your saved addresses for quicker checkout!

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

That's easy!

1. Click the 'Person' icon in the menu

2. Select the 'SIGN UP' link

3. Fill in the relevant fields and click 'CREATE ACCOUNT'

You can then sign into your account on the My Belong page anytime to see your account details, order history and much more.

*Please note that placing an order doesn't automatically create an account.

I can't log into my account?

I CAN'T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?

Getting an error message when logging into your account? Or maybe you forgot your password? It happens.

There are a few things you can do to solve the issue;

  • Check you’re using the same email address you used to sign up
  • If you've forgotten your password, you can click the 'Forgot Password?' link on the account log in page

Please note that we're unable to amend the email address on your account, therefore, if for any reason you wish to change your email address, you'll need to create a new account.
